EverBee estimates sales and revenue for other shops’ public listings rather than receiving their exact sales ledger from Etsy. Sellers can see their own shop statistics; that is different from another shop’s private results. For a physical or print-on-demand shop, a directional estimate can help you decide which public listing to study. For a Canva printable, a Google Sheet, or a Notion template, the estimate still ends before the file exists. FastRank does not guess shop revenue. It drafts the product plan you finish yourself. The draft does not promise a sale or a ranking.
What EverBee says about its own numbers
EverBee’s help center describes its other-shop sales and revenue figures as estimates rather than exact results supplied by Etsy. The estimate uses signals such as views, favorites, listing dates, and prices, plus other inputs EverBee describes on that page. EverBee says the estimates can be way off in either direction. The same page says EverBee is a guide, not exact results.

This guide does not add an accuracy percentage. The help page does not publish one, so none is repeated here. Use that page when you want EverBee's own description of the limit.
Published EverBee prices
These figures were on EverBee’s main pricing page on October 17, 2026. Confirm them before you pay. A separate offer page can show a different promotional price. This article uses the main pricing page only.
- Hobby: a free plan. The pricing page said no credit card is required.
- Growth: $299 a year paid upfront. The pricing page presents the annual offer as $24.99 a month; this is not a quoted month-to-month price. Check the live page for other billing options.
- Business: $69 a month when billed annually, paid as $828 upfront for the year.
Feature limits differ by plan and should be read on that page. This guide does not call the extension slow or unreliable. Those are experience claims, and they are not sourced here.
What an estimate does not design
A revenue estimate answers “what might this listing have sold?” That estimate alone does not specify the pages, spreadsheet columns, or design choices for a digital file. EverBee also lists AI Actions and other features; this comparison concerns the estimate output, not a claim that EverBee lacks AI writing tools.
You can finish an EverBee session knowing a number and still have an empty Canva file.
What FastRank drafts instead
You bring an idea, notes you wrote, or a public URL you are allowed to analyze. FastRank does not scrape Etsy without written authorization. Cited public-web context may be included. Etsy sales figures and Etsy search-volume data are not included, which is why this product is a poor substitute if what you want is a revenue overlay.
A kit draft can include a title with a word count, up to 13 tags of 20 characters or fewer, a HEX palette, a page blueprint, storyboard notes, and a compliance checklist. You edit it and export a ZIP. You assemble the final art in Canva or your own tools. The checklist reminds you to disclose AI when the item is made using AI. It does not paste one sentence onto every listing.
Etsy’s handbook recommends fewer than 15 words in the title. That is guidance, not a rejection rule. See https://www.etsy.com/ca/seller-handbook/article/1399426136697
Illustrative example: an ADHD daily tracker
This example is invented. It is not an EverBee reading, not a customer review, and not a live generation.
Suppose the listings you are allowed to study are long ADHD planners, and your own notes say you want fewer pages and a layout that stays readable on a phone. An illustrative kit could specify:
- Title:
ADHD Daily Focus Tracker | Short Editable Canva Printable- The title stays below the handbook’s word-count recommendation and inside the 140-character field.
- Palette: five HEX values with a strong contrast pair
- Blueprint: one daily page, a short task batch, and a streak marker
- Storyboard: the first image crops to the phone-width layout
You still build the pages. The draft records the decision so the file does not drift back into a 40-page planner.

Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. Kit allowances refresh monthly on the billing anniversary for both monthly and annual plans; unused subscription kits do not roll over. All three plans use the same research quality, with different monthly allowances and shared Radar access.
An illustrative sample is available before payment. Radar and the monthly kit allowance are paid.
- Starter: $9 a month or $90 a year, with 8 kits and the first 5 of 30 Radar ideas.
- Creator (recommended): $15 a month or $150 a year, with 15 kits and the first 10 of 30 Radar ideas.
- Studio PRO: $29 a month or $290 a year, with 30 kits and all 30 Radar ideas.
- Annual billing works out to about two months less than the monthly rate.
- Subscription kits refresh on the billing anniversary and do not roll over.
- Top-ups never expire monthly and stay after cancel. They do not raise Radar access. Quick Boost is $12 for 10 kits, Growth Boost is $29 for 30, and Power Boost is $49 for 60.
When each tool fits
Use EverBee when you want a directional sales estimate and you will treat it as a guide. Use FastRank when you are ready to specify the printable, the sheet, or the Notion template. Choose based on whether your next task is research or specifying the file.

EverBee says its estimates are a guide, not exact results, and that they can be way off in either direction. That caution applies to digital listings too. This guide does not publish a separate error percentage.
Does FastRank show Etsy sales numbers?
No. Etsy sales figures and Etsy search-volume data are not included. The kit is a product and listing draft.
How many kits do the paid plans include?
Creator is 15 kits a month at $15, or $150 a year. Studio PRO is 30 kits a month at $29, or $290 a year. Subscription kits do not roll over. Top-ups are separate and do not expire monthly.
