Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Studio PRO

You may cancel FastRank.io PRO at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Access and the current paid-cycle subscription allowance continue through the end of the current paid period. Purchased wallet balances (Starter and top-ups) remain available to spend after cancellation.

What you purchase (USD)

FastRank.io sells digital software access and credits — not physical goods. No shipping.

• Starter Pass — $15 USD once: 8 kit generations + 2 Niche Radar scans added to your purchased wallet.
• Studio PRO — $29 USD / month: 60 kits + 30 Radar scans for each paid billing cycle. Subscription allowance resets each cycle; it does not accumulate unused subscription credits into future months.
• Top-up — $12 USD once: 25 kits + 10 Radar scans added to your purchased wallet.

Purchased wallet (Starter + top-ups, and any purchased overflow) is preserved across PRO renewals and after cancellation. Subscription allowance is the PRO cycle grant and is replaced each successful paid cycle — unused subscription units do not roll into the next month.

Failed generations

If a kit or Radar run fails after a credit was reserved, the Service attempts to restore that credit automatically. Contact support with the approximate time if a balance looks wrong.

Promo / VIP codes

Promo codes grant credits subject to the offer terms shown at redemption. Codes may be single-use, batch-limited, or reserved. Voided or already-redeemed codes cannot be reused.

Fair handling within 14 days

If you purchased directly through FastRank.io or Stripe and have not materially used your credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected]. We review unused purchases case by case and may offer a refund or account credit at our discretion, consistent with applicable consumer rights, Delaware law, and payment network rules. This discretionary review does not limit mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

Consumed credits

Once credits are consumed (successful kit generation, Radar scans, or similar metered actions), those units are generally non-refundable because the digital service was delivered.

Chargebacks

Please email support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. Abusive chargebacks may result in account closure.
