Is a kit finished artwork?
No. Kits are drafts: copy, structure, palette, and checklists. You assemble final files in Canva or your preferred tools.
Do you pull private Etsy data automatically?
No. Automated Etsy analysis requires applicable written authorization. Research uses configured providers on permitted public sources or your own inputs.
What happens to unused PRO credits?
Subscription allowance resets each paid cycle. Purchased Starter and top-up wallets are preserved across renewals and after cancel-at-period-end.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
