eRank is a keyword and listing-audit tool. Its A–F grades score how a listing is structured. They do not tell you whether a Canva printable, a Google Sheet, or a Notion template will sell. FastRank.io does a different job: it drafts a listing kit you finish in Canva, Sheets, or Notion, then save as a ZIP. The draft does not promise a sale or a ranking.

What an eRank grade actually measures

eRank’s help center answers “Do I want all my listings to have an A grade?” directly. The published answer says grades only evaluate the structure of a listing based on the advice Etsy gives eRank. Grades cannot assess subjective things like image quality, customer behavior, or how well the chosen keywords match the items. eRank also says it does not recommend changing listings that perform well, regardless of their grade.

Grades are not a sales forecast. A high grade means the listing matches eRank’s structural checklist. A low grade means it does not. Neither result names the pages, columns, or colors of the file you still have to design.

  • Free: $0, with 5 keyword lookups a day.
  • Basic: $5.99 a month, or $5.50 a month when billed annually ($65.99 a year), with 100 keyword lookups a day.
  • Pro: $9.99 a month, or $7.92 a month when billed annually ($94.99 a year), with 200 keyword lookups a day.
  • Expert: $29.99 a month, or $22.50 a month when billed annually ($269.99 a year), with 500 keyword lookups a day.

eRank also offers an AI Listing Helper for titles, descriptions, and tags; even its Free plan lists a limited daily use. Those features should be compared separately from keyword lookups and A–F audit grades. https://help.erank.com/features/

The same page lists listing-audit quotas that differ by plan. This guide does not invent a quota that is not in that price summary. It also does not describe eRank’s browser extension as broken. Reliability claims need a current source, and this article does not have one.

Where a keyword lookup stops

A lookup can show that shoppers search for a phrase. It does not specify the page list, the sheet columns, the palette, or the thumbnail sequence. After the lookup, a digital seller still opens Canva, Google Sheets, or Notion and decides the product.

That is the gap a kit draft is meant to close. It is not a claim that letter grades are “broken,” and it is not a claim that sellers are leaving eRank.

What a FastRank kit draft includes

You start from a raw idea, a complaint theme you wrote in your own words, or a public URL you are allowed to analyze. FastRank does not scrape Etsy without written authorization. Cited public-web context may be included. Etsy sales figures and Etsy search-volume data are not included.

The draft in your private workspace can include:

  • A buyer-first title, with a word count you can compare with Etsy’s handbook recommendation of fewer than 15 words
  • Up to 13 distinct, relevant tag phrases, each 20 characters or fewer; relevant terms may also appear in the title
  • A HEX palette and font notes
  • A page-by-page blueprint for a Canva printable, a Google Sheet, or a Notion template
  • Storyboard notes for the listing images
  • A compliance checklist, including a reminder to disclose AI when the item is made using AI

You edit the copy, assemble the final files in your own tools, and export a ZIP. The kit is a draft. It is not finished artwork.

Etsy’s seller handbook recommends fewer than 15 words and describes its title tool as a starting point, not a directive. The handbook page is https://www.etsy.com/ca/seller-handbook/article/1399426136697

Fewer than 15 words is not a rejection rule. The kit shows the count so you can edit. It does not block a longer title.

Illustrative example: a night-shift nurse planner

This example is invented for teaching. It is not a quotation from a real shop, a real review, or a live FastRank generation.

Suppose you already want a planner for nurses who work rotating 12-hour nights. An illustrative draft might contain:

  • Title: Night Shift Nurse Planner for 12-Hour Rotating Schedules | Editable Canva + Sheets
    • The title stays below the handbook’s word-count recommendation and Etsy’s 140-character title field.
  • Palette: darker neutrals and one high-contrast accent, so a printed page is easier to read in low light
  • Blueprint: a rotating shift calendar, a nonclinical reflection page, and a personal log page without patient identifiers or care instructions
  • Storyboard: the first image shows the shift calendar rather than a generic cover

You still design those pages. The draft only replaces the blank file.

Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. Kit allowances refresh monthly on the billing anniversary for both monthly and annual plans; unused subscription kits do not roll over. All three plans use the same research quality, with different monthly allowances and shared Radar access.

An illustrative sample is available before payment. The monthly kit allowance and Niche Radar require a paid plan. These guides do not include a trial or a promo code.

  • Starter: $9 a month or $90 a year. 8 kits each month, and the first 5 of 30 shared monthly Radar ideas.
  • Creator (recommended): $15 a month or $150 a year. 15 kits each month, and the first 10 of 30 Radar ideas.
  • Studio PRO: $29 a month or $290 a year. 30 kits each month, and all 30 Radar ideas.
  • Annual billing is about two months less than paying those monthly prices for a year.
  • Subscription kits refresh on the billing anniversary and do not roll over.
  • Top-ups are one-time, do not raise the Radar tier, do not expire each month, and stay available after you cancel: Quick Boost is $12 for 10 kits, Growth Boost is $29 for 30 kits, and Power Boost is $49 for 60 kits.

Creator is a middle option if your workflow needs more than Starter’s 8 monthly kits. Studio PRO is the better included kit price only if you use the full 30 kits in a month.

Use the tools for different jobs

Keep eRank when you want keyword lookups and a structure grade. Use FastRank when the next step is a product draft you will finish in Canva, Sheets, or Notion. Paying for one does not require cancelling the other.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does FastRank replace eRank?

No. eRank looks up keywords and grades listing structure. FastRank drafts the kit you finish in Canva, Sheets, or Notion. You can keep an eRank plan for lookups.

Does FastRank reject a title of 15 words or more?

No. Etsy’s seller handbook recommends fewer than 15 words. That is not a rejection rule. The kit shows a word count so you can edit the title. Etsy’s title field still allows up to 140 characters.

Can the blueprint cover Notion and Google Sheets?

Yes. The blueprint can name pages, database properties, columns, and formulas. You still build the file. The kit is not a finished spreadsheet or a finished Canva file.
