Guarantee & Refunds Policy

This Guarantee & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Fastrank services, including performance audits, implementation packages, and technical consulting delivered by Cadunlock LLC.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our audits and technical services are delivered with industry best practices, deep technical analysis, and professional execution. If you are not satisfied with the clarity, quality, or depth of your audit, you may request a review or clarification within 7 days of delivery, and we will revise the audit at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following strict conditions:

• Work has not yet started on your order.
• You provided incorrect access or missing information that prevents delivery.
• You were charged twice for the same service (duplicate payment).
• A major technical issue prevents us from delivering the service.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital, technical, and audit-based work, the following services are strictly non-refundable once started:

• 48-hour Performance Audit (after we begin analysis)
• Implementation Packs (after development work begins)
• Technical consulting sessions
• Theme or code modifications already applied
• Custom optimization requests

4. Performance Guarantee Limitations

We do not guarantee specific Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, LCP, CLS, FID, or other numeric performance scores. Performance results depend heavily on:

• Theme structure and code quality
• Apps and third-party scripts installed
• Hosting or server performance
• Geographic user distribution
• Changes made after our implementation

5. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed via:

• Stripe (original payment method)
• 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

6. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to request a refund after receiving the complete audit, report, or delivered work—while continuing to use it—will be considered fraudulent and may be contested with the payment processor.
